San Francisco Bay Area native, Kevin Cross, is an artist currently living in Portland, Oregon with his amazing daughter. His work is informed by his background in the Reagan era punk and skateboarding subcultures, Saturday morning cartoons, Bronze Age comic books, mid-century modern design and advertising, Conan the Barbarian, and trashy pulp paperback book covers. Kevin is the originator of “100 Days of Making Comics”, the creator and illustrator of “The Monkey Mod & Friends Show”, and Illustrator’s Lounge included him on the list of “20 Illustrators You Really Should be Watching on YouTube”. His favorite quote is “You ain’t nobody until you do what you want!” by The Fonz. (photo by Megan Wells)
